Your Keto-Snaps will be baked to order.

We bake every Saturday and ship on Monday. We receive orders up to Midnight on Fridays for our Saturday bake. Any order that arrives after Midnight on Friday will be added to the following week's bake.

Our fresh-baked product contains no chemical preservatives or additives. Refrigerate or freeze, before and after opening, to extend product shelf life and preserve flavor intensity.

As Keto-Snaps grows we'll be able to bake more frequently and offer quicker turnaround on all orders. We are moving fast so stay tuned!

Keto-Snaps were formulated to satisfy those seeking a sweet snack or treat, while providing meaningful nutrition from only whole food ingredients.


Keto-Snaps, the everyday, anytime cookie was spawned by holistic nutritionist Lisa Jubilee, who has always advocated a whole food, plant-rich approach to nutrition in her 20 years in practice. In 2016, her mission to educate the public on the power of food as either health promoting or depleting, expanded after learning that a 2015 Harvard study, revealed for the first time that all humans experience intestinal permeability or leaky gut after exposure to gluten.

Compelled to do more than simply share her new knowledge with clients and followers, she asked herself, “how can I help inspire people to transition away from the wheat and sugar-based diets we’ve been consuming these past five decades?” The answer came swiftly, “start with something every human innately desires: a sweet treat.”

She began experimenting with organic, gluten and grain-free baking in search of a delicious treat — free of chemicals, additives or preservatives — and compatible with most diets or lifestyle regimens, including ketogenic, LCHF (low carb high fat) and low sugar.

It just so happened to be right before the Christmas break in 2016, so Lisa used her colleagues family and clients as taste testers for her new gluten-free, low sugar cookie creation. The response was unanimously positive and she received an order that first day! She hasn’t stopped baking since and her husband Andy joined forces with her in 2017 with their mission to bring Keto-Snaps®, the everyday, anytime cookie to the public.

Keto-Snaps’ mission is to disrupt the cookie with one that satisfies sweet cravings, provides meaningful nutrition, lifestyle flexibility, and is suitable for a wide range of dietary protocols including gluten-free, low sugar and ketogenic/LCHF dietary regimens.

We call them Keto-Snaps to help draw public awareness to the ketogenic diet. An abundance of research supports the wealth of benefits associated with the high fat/low carb and ketogenic lifestyles, and the timing for “Keto” is now. Together, we can shift average dietary practices away from the Standard American Diet (SAD) and help reverse the prevalence of type 2 diabetes, heart disease, obesity, cancer and autoimmune conditions.

Lisa’s motto has always been “(real) food is medicine” and she’s thrilled to support the effort by offering an honest, clean food, nutritionally viable and delicious treat.

We're living in unprecedented times. Exposure to environmental toxins and chemicals through our air, food, water and household products is greater than ever before. In a 2005 landmark study, Environmental Working Group (EWG) found an average of 200 industrial chemicals and pollutants in the umbilical cord blood of infants born in the US. 

This chemical soup we now live in has been linked to an increase in autoimmune conditions, cancer, infertility, neurological issues and metabolic problems, all of which I see regularly in my practice as a nutritionist.

I created Keto-Snaps to offer a simple and organic cookie treat for those who seek clean food choices. Our Snaps are delicious and nutritious and can be enjoyed throughout the day while providing energy from healthy fats and protein. With less than 2 net carbs and only 1 gram of sugar/cookie, they are truly Made With Love, Not Carbs.

Are Keto-Snaps only for ketogenic diets?

No. We called them Keto-Snaps to help draw public awareness to the ketogenic diet, which was created back in the 1920’s, by Dr. Russell Wilder at the Mayo Clinic, and thankfully is having a resurgence in popularity currently. An abundance of research has since shown that the high fat/low carb features to a ketogenic diet can contribute to a plethora of health benefits. We know from personal and professional experience that a high fat/low carb lifestyle is much more effective in disease prevention and weight control than the Standard American Diet (SAD). Keto-Snaps fit into any diet or nutritional regimen, except a vegan one or if you’re allergic to any of the ingredients.

Who are Keto-Snaps good for?

With only whole food ingredients that every grandmother would approve of, Keto-Snaps are literally good for anyone who is not allergic to any of the ingredients and is old enough to chew.

Can I use these as a pre or post workout snack?

Keto-Snaps are an excellent pre or post workout snack. Many of Lisa’s clients use them for that purpose whether they are following a Keto, Paleo, gluten-free or weight loss regimen. Usually 2-4 do the job.


If these are a keto product, why didn’t you use sugar alcohols to lower the carb content?

Our mission in creating Keto-Snaps was to develop a delicious, guilt-free, health-promoting treat that would not trigger inflammation or create any of the common GI symptoms, like gas, cramping and bloating that consumption of sugar alcohols can produce in some individuals.

Although sugar alcohols, such as erythritol and xylitol are widely used in place of sugars and are generally well tolerated, xylitol is known to cause GI symptoms in some individuals when consumed in large amounts. We want our customers to feel free to consume Keto-Snaps daily without compromise to their health in any way.

Erythritol tends not to cause GI issues as very little of it reaches the large intestine. We chose not to include it in our product because most Erythritol on the market today is made from fermented corn, one of the primary genetically modified crops in the US, or from fermented wheat.

We wanted our product to include only ingredients the body can naturally recognize and metabolize with ease, while keeping the carb grams low enough (less than 2 net carbs/snap) to fit into ketogenic and diabetic diets.

Are Keto-Snaps gluten free?

Yes. The concept of Keto-Snaps was actually spawned after holistic nutritionist, Lisa Jubilee, watched Dr. Tom O’Bryan’s 2016 docu-series, ‘Betrayal: the autoimmune disease solution they're not telling you’. From this docu-series, she became aware of the 2015 study by a group of Harvard researchers that revealed for the first time that all humans experience intestinal permeability or leaky gut after exposure to gluten. She was immediately inspired to take action to assist her clients, family and friends to begin reducing gluten from their daily diet, but without feeling deprived of what virtually everyone craves the most; sweets. Keto-Snaps are made with gluten-free almond flour and contain no chemical preservatives.

Since Keto-Snaps contain no preservatives, what’s the best way to keep them fresh?

One of the unique features of Keto-Snaps is the lack of any chemical preservatives or additives. So, as long as they are kept in a cool, dry place, they will stay snappy (crisp) and fresh for at least 6-8 weeks at room temperature unopened. We chose compostable, wood fiber cellophane sleeves to help preserve the environment and your cookies. But if you purchase Keto-Snaps in bulk, like many of our customers do, we recommend keeping your Keto-Snaps in the fridge in their box or transferring them into an air-tight container or mason jar to aid in preservation of this unique, whole food baked good. To preserve their fresh out of the oven taste and texture for more than 8 weeks, we recommend storing them in your fridge or freezer.
